Seems to me that the authors didn't read death note. One of the rules if I remember correctly is that no matter who writes in the death note only when the owner writes in it will it take effect so as her could have killed shirou cuz he was still the owner.

I know it’s just a fan comic but this was ehh, it doesn’t feel like the author watch either and only knew the basic information and honestly it wasn’t that good.
