MC has a girlfriend, has college, yet his goal is to become like Miwa-san. Someone who isn't normal. I understand MC's fulfillment feeling and I understand how working in the Death Sweepers helps him atone his brother's death, but you can't let it consume your entire life. Working as a death cleaner you know how fragile life is, why can't you live life to fullest by being with people who care about you WHILE sweeping dead bodies?

It feels like the MC is just going in circles, he lived a selfish life and ignored his brother, instead of learning to appreciate company, he abandons his friends to work under death sweepers. A selfish choice, watch him regret when his girlfriend and friends move on and disappear from his life. I mean if your only prospect in life is JUST working in death sweepers, you are no different than being a dead man. Am I crazy? Am I speaking Yapanese? I don't know, lmk
