j-club is shit at localization i am talking about people who translated DP to DOLLAR POINTS instead of DUNGEON POINTS. IN A DUNGEON MANAGEMENT MANGA. and i utterly despise it when translators drop a series just because it has been licensed because more than half the time the official translation lacks ANY of the care for preserving the spirit of the authors intent. it's just a cold literal translation with no love or soul put into it. if fan translations exist to indroduce people to titles then the offical version needs to in my opinion at bare minimum give an as good or better quality of translation. as it is like i said often the offical licensed version ends up being worse quality than the fan translations why would i want to read a lower quality translation.

There is a manga site that uploads official translated manga. You can read official translated manga that you considered shit for free. But the official Death's Daughter is only up to volume 3 (or 4?), so you'll have to wait, patiently.

why would i want to read garbage translations period. Deaths Daughter died when J-novel liscensed it and the fan translator decided to call it quits. this is why i despise manga and novels getting licensed. official translators don't seem to care about the spirit of the work nor preserving it. if they do its very rare

you can grow up consuming pirate content and still support the creators directly. In this case, buying straight from the Japanese sources. Could spend a bit of time studying Japanese as well if your entertainment culture revolves around it a lot. Mine are therefore it just makes sense I am, plus knowing another language is pretty neat.
