page 3 is an extended scene in the manga volume; in the previous page, where the killer says "today, it's your turn to die" and "but before you die...", it was changed to "I already told you, there's no point screaming" "it's your turn to die today" with his untranslated speech being along the lines of "but..." "I'll have some fun with your body..." "before you die..."

it's why the final panel in page 3 is identical to the first panel in page 4, since the scanlation was from magazine scans
