With that correction Debby's age comes out to be 27.

So Debby’s 27 huh? Considering her achievements (in Hell) I guess it makes sense. Granted she’s stuck playing games with a teenager, and hasn’t won a single one… For a 27 year old that’s kind of pathetic. Then again I guess age is kind of irrelevant in this matter. Though for how she acts I think it matter a bit more, she probably had a fairly sheltered upbringing, either that or she was so out of control she never had to grow up because the world bent to her will.

Both are equally as likely given everything we know about her.
