Regarding the purge, I've seen up to chapter 46 uploaded on other sites. I haven't reached that point in my reading yet, so I don't know if that translation is from another group that hasn't posted to MD (and got scooped up by the aggregator), or if this group has simply stopped posting additional chapters on MD and is instead posting somewhere else (that's also been yoinked by the aggregator).
I do know that any new chapters posted here will be safe from nuking unless the original publishers come back with another round of DMCAs that make it through MD's...screening process (? I don't really know a better way to describe it), since MAngaDex only takes down chapters explicitly mentioned in the DMCA notice.
