or
"they already had it done but didn't post it, but we did the next one instead cause ya know, they already did it"
would be one of my guesses.
Or more negative approach they want to snipe the attention to have it done, but got to impatient for the other to upload it and did it anyways, or worse, attempt to get traffic to their website for ad-revenue.
TLDR: it'll probably get uploaded in a few days or week depending on factors.
