As an auxiliary, the verb “do” in all moods, tenses, numbers, and persons (“does”, “did”, &c) uses the bare form (a.k.a. “infinitive”) of the primary verb.

Use “do get”, “does get”, “did get”, &c. Don't say “did got”, “did ran”, or “did killed”.
