page 13 - the text boxes are all from mc's pov so i don't know who this "he" is supposed to be. i think it's supposed to be "she's" or "it's"
page 28 - nothing happened to his brain, so it's definitely supposed to be "i think she just broke something in her brain"

also whoever chose to use the word adulting on the first page should be executed by firing squad

Proportions keep changing from scene to scene (arm size, hand size, etc) for both of them.
I doesn't seem stylistic, it seems like the artist didn't make a reference sheet for the characters.
One interesting thing is that, if this keeps going strong, we'll probably see a significant evolution in artstyle as the story progresses.
