Talk about obnoxious, made it to the first action sequence with the mock battle, but god, he's just standing there narating all his teammates getting done in, i got whiplash from the just straight bizarre pacing
Or maybe it was something else, it's hard to put my finger on, but something about the structure, pacing, or plot, just infuriated me to no end, like i got too annoyed to read the entire thing, maybe it was how it spent forever setting up a "crisis", so that our protagonist could swoop in and save the day, but you cannot linger on such a cheap setup just to show off our protagonists skill, we can all see where this is heading, and acting like this is an actual dilemma is just disrespectful to the reader
that's probably a better way to put it, i felt I and my time was blatantly disrespected, it's like when dragon pulled a "continued in the next episode" right before a fights climax
