Delayed engilsh manga posts?

So, I've only seen this with a couple titles so far, namely Hajime no Ippo and March Comes in Like a Lion, but they both have the latest chapter in languages other than English, even though that same chapter is available in English on other websites.
Does anyone have more examples of this happening for other titles?
Anyone know why this might be happening?

Mangadex allows groups to decide to not upload in here, in the case of Sangatsu no Lion, Hi Wa Mata Noboru decided to not continue uploading in MD, unsure about Ippo but is probably the same considering that the title was impacted by the DMCA takedown, besides in general, there are groups that also have their own website and upload their stuff there first, other simply don't use Mangadex, and also there is the possibility that only official releases are available which those are not hosted in here...

Thanks for the response, I was not aware of the intricacies of uploading new chapters to Mangadex nor that there were people deciding not to upload here as of late, nor the DMCA situation. Guess I'll keep reading them where I'm able to find them for the time being, even if it's not all on the same site 😅
