Deleted chapters still have an html title

Chapter https://mangadex.org/chapter/753124 has been deleted (at least at the time of writing this). the reader menu does not show any chapter title/number, or the series name
On the browser tab however it says

Vol. 2 Ch. 23 (Fechippuru ~Our Innocent Love~) - MangaDex

"Deleted" just means its unavailable. the actual data is still there. In the cases where a group pulls chapters but decides to come back they dont have to reupload thousands of chapters. Only rule breaking uploads or when the uploader replaces them (Such as when it turns out they forgot to add say page 14/25 to the zip file.)
