Lycion feels like having a lot of tags:

1) Therian = Feels that his soul more affiliated to a certain animal
2) Furry = Well, he can't become a full-fledged wolf, so humanoid wolf is furry enough
3) Dysmorphia = Unsatisfied with his own body to the point of self-harm, feels like born in wrong body
4) Trans = He practically did a surgery on his body (with magic effects) to become an idealized version of himself.
5) Exhibition = Well, not full body, but sure he wants to flaunt his wolfness, and proud of it. Also, he FIGHTS and KICKS ASS in arena!

I myself was surprised. I mean, I often read about it sometimes. And before this, I thought his way to becomes a wolfman is so hardcore that he disses Laios for being "less effort" in another omake.

But reading this one, it's... surprising how Ryoko Kui put those symptoms just like that and tadah: Lycaon!
