I have to wonder if there's still a chance that the church will still get an arc where they're the villains (given the whole thing with the hero's vessel.) Assuming this series isn't ending after this fight, that is the most probable direction for the series to take 🤔

I am wondering where this story could go if they kill the demon lord now. Because the church still has that cup and the cycle of reincarnation might continue.

Is the next arc going to be the hero party vs the church?!
