I like the MC's character. He doesn't do a major deviation from his original purpose. He gets touched sometimes but he doesn't abandon everything for that and although he uses everyone, he never claims to be good and benevolent. This is very rare especially with Chinese novels/webtoons. Character development is a hurdle that they rarely overcome

@akera93 you’re right. His development is slow and steady, but it’s there. There isn’t a major deviation, and it feels much more grounded.
