Oh, I get it. With the doors closed, the lorry is a Faraday cage. Denjin can't get out. I also think the nose is fake, he might have managed to whisper instructions to her at some point.

The question remains as to whether Denjin is only in the laptop, or whether he has a diffuse consciousness. I'd hazard it's the former, because Sudou realised his crimes have very small time lags from one to the next, so he isn't in multiple places at the same time.

Then again, still two more volumes to go, so I doubt it will end this easily.
