I could be wrong, but are we sure this is actually an early Fujimoto work? The only other place I could find this comic posted is Reddit and a Russian manga site that geo-blocked me.

OP claims this and others were "found" by the Russian Fujimoto fandom and I strongly suspect these comics were produced by someone pretending to be him, as the only other person who talks about these one-shots in English is... OP. This is an author so popular that his even his pre-serialization one-shots have been published and animated, and yet there's no trace in existence of this mystery comic in its original language.

First, searching the title in Japanese brings up no sources. The title is also close to as an existing light novel series, doesn't match the story, and like all the other titles of these supposed one-shots, seems like something a weeb with limited JP language knowledge would come up with. It appears to have been "translated" twice, the only "raws" are in Russian. The childish art and writing bear no resemblance to the author's style, even if we look at his works from the same time period.

I could go on but I'm 1200% certain that this is a fake.

ok, the only way to certain that it is his work is obviously by contacting him
but.... here's what I know

First, it is well known that Fujimoto old pen name was 長門は俺, and that he has won several newcomer awards since 2013
[wikipedia]
Now, if we look at the 2014 Jump's Newcomers Award announcement, we can see that the winner was indeed 長門は俺
with the work ムリゲー (Muri Game)
Now, the actual published work for 2014 Jump was not Muri Game, but Shikaku.
There's something about the announcement being delayed and reworked because Jump was moving from Live to Plus platform, but I'm not entirely sure.
You'll also notice that one of the judges was ONE先生, in which he mentioned in the Japanese wikipedia

Now if we start from this Muri Game, you will arrive to this site: http://nagatoisme.web.fc2.com/
Which, I don't know who created it, but, in one of the link does list that ムリゲ (MuriGe) work.

And then we can go back to that reddit link,
another work listed there is 魔法女 (Mahou Onna), which is that reddit image.

Now who made that site? Is that real?
I don't know
The site is estimated to be created around 2011-07
which... kinda checks out?
