List banned groups

I've been offline for a few days and while catching up on new chapters and comics I've discovered the Orion Scans group was banned and its chapters removed.
For example, this should've had about three chapters and the ch. 1 I released should've been an "alternative release", but now it's the only chapter listed there.

I think having a public list of banned group is beneficial to everyone: it can help understanding why certain chapters disappear (together with the DMCA reports), users can reference it before uploading chapters if they upload on behalf of someone else intentionally or not, and can also be used to identify scammers (paying for unofficial translation is illegal and many groups have subpar quality).

If this page is already public, it's not in an obvious easy to find place; in that case read this suggestion as: "make it easier to access the list of banned groups".

Usually, this info is put in the banned group's description. Which I think is a better place than some list you'd have to go out of your way to find first.
As for why that's not the case here, I'm not sure. Either that's no longer being done, or since you mentioned the ban being "fresh", maybe staff are still waiting for a reaction from the group...

The issue is that you don't know a group is banned until you realize their chapters are gone, and you don't realize their chapters are gone until something makes you notice.
And even when you see, do you remember which group was it? Can you find it in the general group list? The chapter is gone, you can't navigate through backlinks.
Just copy the DMCA page, literally the same design but with different information.

That being said, I'm not really sure a public group wall of shame would provide much beyond what platforms like r/scanlationdrama et al. already offer. Personally, I wouldn't mind the addition, but it's not exactly a high priority on my list...
