Now we see at the start of this chapter, Jiyin (or Ji-in), (friends of Aya, the cute glasses girl, in Class 1-9) is investigating the Chairman. She saw Daegun enter the Director's car and leave school campus in Chapter 9. In Chapter 4, she was hiding behind a corner tailing the Director. She recognizes the Director as "Saim, The Project Manager of the Foundation" and has been wondering why Saim is at the school setting things up again. Currently, she somehow has the ability to track the Chairman. But her trip to the office sets up a bug that Kim Minsoo is monitoring. She doesn't attend the party. She hates bullies and it seems she is waiting for her brother to recover in the hospital after an incident with bullies. What are the odds our boy Daegun put him in the hospital? 😏 Or maybe he was a former agent of the Foundation? Clearly, Jiyin has some history with the Foundation.
Meanwhile we have the spy, Kim Minsoo, who normally hangs out with Manho (the red haired guy) and co, is not present at the party either. He investigates what trips the bug and finds Jiyin. If you don't remember, Kim Minsoo sits beside Daegun to spy on him for the Bully program. He acts like a weak nerd for cover, and now hangs out with Manho. It also seems like he has other duties cause he was caught wandering the school at night. He reports to Director Saim Lee (the woman we saw on the treadmill back in ch. 47 and the one who hired Daegun). Kim Minsoo's hair hangs past his eyebrows giving him a more concealed appearance and he looks similar to Lee Seunghoon.
Back in chapter 40, Lee Seunghoon met up with these guys to come up with some sort of plan in the same building. I think Lee set them up to be beaten by Daegun and friends (mostly Daegun). I don't think Lee wants to take Daegun down because he already explained to Daegun that he is setting the 2nd and 3rd graders to fall. Nobody knows what his intention is except Daegun, but only Lee knows why. But Lee leaves the pary area before the bullies come in.
-----
I think Kim Minsoo, Lee Seunghoon, and Jiyin paths will cross in the near future. I also think it will set forth a chain of events to what I think will reveal a greater conflict between the different Foundations and Organized crime. At least based of my experience with Manhwa and their representation of Korea. I think Jiyin will try to expose Daegun in the future and he might be facing prison or blackmail.
