Hmm. I think the concept of abolishing the "protection money" is lame. At the very least, it should not be abolished too soon cause thats just rushing it and also quite naive.
If he ruled the whole school and then abolish it, it would make some kinda sense. But at the same time, the people under him are after it, which will cause them to single him out unless his has power behind his back that could handle that.
It would actually be more appropriate if the "protection money" turns into actual lawful protection money where the boss has to handle and protect the classmates and also, the classmates has to actually listen to the boss but it has to be lawful instead of just slavery. Turn it into an actual class army. Cant fight? do logistic.
Then it would be umphf cool.
