All I can think of is that we are finally getting some BO plot. Yay!
Might be something tied to the quote about raising dead against the stream of time, especially considering it was the remark about medicine that triggered it. But explaining that would be pretty much beginning of finale, when they haven't even officially de-masked Rum yet.
