I can't imagine the timeline if Vermouth decided to tell the rest of the BO that she discovered the whereabouts of Haibara and Shinichi.

The professor will surely be killed. Most likely Ran and Mouri as well for housing Conan. If that happens, Conan will immediately regret not listening to father's advice and let Interpol handle this matter.

I mean, if Conan went with his father the Mouris and Haibara would have died long before this lmaooo. Conan saved the Mouris' lives, like, 5 times now? They'd die if Conan's not there.

Haibara, too. I don't know what she'll do once she escaped to the prof's place only to find Kudo Shinichi already gone and "escaped" to safety. Not trusting him ever, definitely, since now Kudo Shinichi is a coward who fails to save her sister then runs away. Presumably, she can either stay Haibara (and would die/commit involuntary suicide as such), or went abroad to the Kudos, despite not trusting any of them. Or just straight up run away to other places and die there, I guess.

Also, Interpol can't handle this matter alone lol. What makes you think they haven't tried??? Does the presence of MI6, CIA, FBI and PSB not mean anything? Interpol doesn't even have a spy on the inside, so I'm not sure how much help they can even give......

More than that, if Conan's not here, Kir arc might not happen at all, and there'd be no cooperation of CIA and FBI, because so many clues that lead to it is collected by Conan.

With any luck, if Conan decided to leave Japan with his parents, Kogoro will fade back into obscurity so he and Ran wouldn't have the opportunity to get into dangerous cases anymore. For Haibara, she will be in a difficult position without Conan being there. If she somehow managed go abroad to meet the Kudos, she will most likely be asked to be in some type of protection program through Shinichi's Dad connections.

In hindsight, Shinichi rejecting his father's request worked in everyone's favor besides the bad guys lol. Bear in mind however, Shinichi was not aware of all the intelligence agencies investigating the BO at that time. For all he knows, it was just him desperately going at it alone trying clobber together enough evidence to expose the syndicate and get his body back. At least with Interpol, they have an intelligence network to work with and Conan doesn't have risk his life gathering evidence.

I mean, for some of the dangerous cases, they got into it by themselves with or without Conan lol. The Shinkansen case where they were only on the train because of Kogoro's friend's wedding invite, the mountain villa murder case where Sonoko invited Ran, etc. I think there's also a Kisaki kidnapping case where she'd def die if Conan didn't help? And the 12 million hostage bombs where whether Ran died or not is heavily dependent on whether Takagi can get the clues out to the police in time (he'd def die for sure) and the police can solve the clues in time.

So......yeah, without Conan there, I don't think with the Mouri's luck they can survive whole and hale for long.

In his defense, I don't think he realizes the scale of this organization just yet. Tequila didn't come until 50 chapters later, Haibara 60 chapters after that - he lacks crucial info as to how big this criminal org is. Hell, even in this case he still thought the police can handle Vermouth. I'm pretty sure he thought the BO were just Yakuza Pro Plus or some such.

Conan doesn't have risk his life gathering evidence.
To be fair, Conan definitely doesn't mind doing that - he's turned into quite a bit of a gambler there. I think even as pre-APTX Kudo Shinichi, he didn't mind either - he's a detective after all. He's got that gut in him.
