Based on the title, poster, and description, I'm 90% sure the movie is supposed to be the real Bollywood film 3 Idiots. I enjoyed it, but as noted, it does deal with stuff like youth suicide and the consequences of a high-pressure educational system. (Also, the music will stick in your head forever.)
