I think the other two angels deserve to die more. This guy at least has a cliche sad backstory whereas the other two are gloating about how much they want to kill humans and "lessers" just for their own selfish benefit.

That's deserving of an execution and a quick deposit to the depths of hell if ever I saw one.

Why can't bad guys just be bad guys. Why do you have to give them a sympathetic back story?
Not every single bad guy does bad things for (percieved) good reasons. Sometimes they're just evil.
