That’s a pretty cool idea, like someone won and brought all the things back ...Maybe it’s the one with the tank, I don’t think she cared as long as she got forgotten ...
Since Mooyoung clung to him maybe he kept the memories so when they got back to the same point of time, Dongtae started to remember the former past and history?

That said Mooyoung Likely the cause of this situation. His hand likely snuck up to the wound in his leg and he entered his bloodstream, he is distracting Dongtae with a dream as he takes over his body, I have a feeling that he lost himself and all physical form so the only thing that is left is that hand so it’s do or die...
Actually omg what if turns out that he was Mooyoung all this time like a loop...He lives because of him and survived because of him ...
