Did you prefer the authentic taste or the taste that suit you?

Which one?

My previous experience says "authentic stuff around the world" is overhyped shit. So I order same stuff everywhere I go. If there's no "my" stuff I go another place. My money my rules.

Generally, if I'm going to try something new, I want it to be authentic. After that, if I didn't care for it but there's a version that's localized (and being American, this is usually the case), I'll search that out instead. But don't serve me a chimichanga or chicken tikka masala and tell me it's 'authentic' (although I do like both of those).
Yeah.

Thats how most Chinese, Japanese and Asian food in the U.S is.

Like General Tso's chicken is a modified American recipe version of a Chinese style dish. Most my Chinese friends have never heard of General Tso's chicken. lol.

I tend to like Asian-Fusion dishes more than the authentic version. Although I would always like to try the authentic version too at some point.

My take is 2 servings over taste. Eat more than eat well.

I like authentic Chinese food and it's authentic as long the person making it is the uncle from Hong Kong working 5 different jobs, the Chicken tikka and Naan made me realise how good authentic Chinese can taste.

It's just about batting the egg/s with a pinch of salt and doing it on a pan with some drops of olive oil, can be eaten plated or in a Iberian sandwich (bocata/entrepà), and goes well with many things. Here's an example with pork ham and parsley:

About bombing them, you don't need a reason to destroy Madrid and the rest of the plateau, you'd do us a favour.

What curry taste like? There's no sell curry in my area. I want to try the authentic way and japanese way
Curry is a mix of a bit of sugar, spice, ginger powder, ... and everything nice.

Yep just how Professor Newtonium does it.
