Great chapter.
Gaku's all giddy, Mina-senpai's looking proud of his kouhai, and Kyogoku-sensei looks like a yakuza loan shark that found his next target.
The artist is really good at panelling. Like in page 9 where Mina's expression changes as he spikes the ball back at Gaku is so subtle that shows on how he found relief and is happy playing with Gaku after his recent nightmare.
It's also very refreshing to see a sports protagonist already leaning on his senpai this early in the story.
I love it. All of it.

in the afternoon magazine there was just 9, then 9 part 2, then 10, so it looks like they split the first 9 into two parts like they do for full chapters on comic days and then released 9 part 2, the short one, on its own, so it looks like there's three but it's actually one long part and one short part
