an item that give you the skills of an elite assassin for a limited amount of time for like 500$? these people are undervaluing these items supremely, what a bargain, even if I've got no use for it, I'd take it at that price, worst case scenario I can just re-sell it for 10-100x the buying price. Imagine how much an organization like the CIA would pay for this shit. With it, they could for instance flip someone close to another country's president to their side, someone harmless, like the secretary he keeps banging. Then get her to agree to assassinate him with the help of this item, it'd be a cheap assassination.

Of course the only problem would be that Sose is saying the items cannot be used to asssassinate powerful figures (talk about a fuckin deus ex machina... how convenient for Sose...) but even then, imagine how much a wealthy paranoid person would be willing to pay for this item to use it defensively, for instance if someone breaks into their home. I bet you they'd pay 50k$ easy.
