Close. Sunflower actually said "busa," which was spelled in hiragana as ぶさ, but her fairy handler spells it in katakana as ブサ. It's short for "busaiku" (ブサイク in katakana or 不細工 in kanji), which in this context, means plain, ugly, homely, or unattractive.

Edit: Interestingly, the name of Sunflower's fairy handler is also Busa.
