Disappearing tags

My apologies if there is already thread to address this issue, but there's no forum search function yet...

I've discovered that, if I edit a manga page with an older browser, say, to add a description or a new link, I am unable to select any select any tags, nor do any already selected tags show up on the edit page. If I save the edits, any previously selected tags will then disappear. I am probably not the only person for whom this has happened.

Here's a couple screen shots for illustrations purposes. Browser is Internet Explorer 11. The first image is right after clicking on the edit icon. The second image is after clicking on "Select a tag." You can select one tag, but not multiple tags. If you then save that one tag, all the other tags will disappear.

Edit: even if you save without doing anything, all the previously selected tags will disappear. Only the demographic will remain.
