Man, I don't know if I'm supposed to laugh or be scared. The story's all MST3K kinds of cheese, but the art is truly something else.

Just goes to show that Junji Ito can make anything at least mildly upsetting.

I usually love Junji Ito, but this is easily his weakest work. I appreciate what he wanted to do with it, but in practice it just ain't very good.

Not as good as Tomie or Uzameki, but still a fun read in a cheesy, B-movie kind of way. At times i laughed more than i was horrified. Gotta love the detailed art that covers all Ito's work

I think it's definitely meant to be humorous. So it's not as scary as Itou Junji's other works. To me, the characters here are more along the lines of Souichi. But much more evil .

I think this is Junji best social commentary story.
The last two chapters feel like they belong somewhere else though
