When the cold war ended, First World and Third World came to describe a country's economic power, while Second World as a phrase has been discarded completely, and these have nothing to do with race, like you seem to think.

Why is it almost every matriarchal world in these comics is a hell scape? I'm not expecting paradise, but just something akin to the level of equality we have now would be nice - like with 'moral reversal'.
I think I've seen far more 'all men are slaves or sex objects' narratives than the reverse... in fact, I'm not sure I've seen a single example of the reverse.

Not to mention there's something unbelievable about just how cruel the women are in these works. Even the most sexist men still want women to be treated well, but just want them to exist in a very specific (and constrictive) context.
Meanwhile women in work such as these are just frothing at the mouth to abuse and enslave the men.

Tbh most of the gender reversal genre is a fetish of men being chased by women.

Its basically a reverse rape fantasy where the reader is supposed to imagine themselves as a man who woman have their way with.

Thats probably why you don’t see too much of the realisitc genre flips. That and intentionally exaggerating a “dystopian” world is just more easy to market and push a plot with.

I just wanted to talk about how I felt plots that have societies that spiraled backwards into the extreme hatred of one gender, whether it's a plot like this comic, or a plot like the Handmaid's Tale, while also progressing forward in science and technology, come across as sort of unbelievable to me, so I didn't expect to have my character attacked out of nowhere like that, especially in such a left field manner (I'm always willing to be told I'm wrong, and to be called an idiot for being so).
