You know, the premise isn't all that unique, but I'm a sucker for this "smash the gynocracy" stuff. However, the setting is just a ham-fisted backdrop for the author of Jigokuren. Safe to say that, after reading the 6 chapters available, it's gonna get pretty disturbing real quick. Read that series first, and if you can stomach it, maybe you'll like this. At the very least, I wouldn't say it's boring.
Well, it certainly isn't a manga you read for being hot.
I'm enjoying the current level of how dark it is, I hope it doesn't go too dark though.
I think what I like the most it's how ambivalent the protagonist is.

Isn't there R18 doujin (multiple ones actually, set in the same universe) with the pretty much a same premise & lore. Artist was Oouso and they can be found on nhentai (no clue if its the same guy, art is bit different), but would not be surprised.
