It's an overnight thing. It doesn't have to be exactly five hours. Can be 8-10 hours. No harm.

yeah i see the appeal of meal prepping tho i can imagine a lot of people wouldn't bother unless they really liked it or maybe weekends, tho i'd prolly snack while prepping as well
