few years ago i read this sketchy manga that one of the chapter is comicaly labeled as ch 666 (i think) and it has a scene of a party trapped in a room also the mage got force fed mana potions because some eldrtich monster tries to barge in the room

To add onto this, I tried skimming through the MangaDex April Fools yearly manga for a chapter 666 and couldn't find anything, maybe you'll have better luck @goro-goro if it's there:
2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023.
