Okay. I'll say this right off the bat, I know jackshit about Korea (North and South) and its medical life, but how were the delinquent girls able to take the sister from the hospital as if no one was looking?
I'm not trying to frame it as some massive plothole but it's something that kind of trips me up plus my cultural ignorance. Unless I missed something.
