Definitely a whole lot of dark elements, (r*pe, dismemberment, murder, self harm, sexual and domestic abuse) might not be the best for everyone.
It's executed brilliantly, if you ask me; I love the way that all the characters balance each other out perfectly and that despite the fact that the story flows really well, suspending tension masterfully, it's never too obvious which way the tides will turn. The dark themes are also complimented by the colourful cast and unpredictability, although a surface-level read-though might make it feel a bit underwhelming.
Personally, I think that this is a masterpiece. Really disappointed to see only negative comments, which I staunchly disagree with. Then again, like I said it's not for everyone, I suppose.

Why did the rapist get a happy ending? The twins were willing to beat everyone to death. Arrowhead tried to suffocate them to death. But all of that is fine and dandy I guess? The rapist’s victim just forgot about the rape and abduction in a week and got a new boyfriend. Then we get a funny humorous scene in the end where her boyfriend beats him up. What a wholesome and a happy ending. I bet she went to the police to report him but they turned their backs on her, but it’s all fine. He dares to show back at her place to get his stuff back as if nothing happened, but that’s also fine. It wasn’t that traumatic to her anyways. We shouldn’t think about what happens to unnecessary background characters like her. Plus, she’s evil and deserved it anyways!! She slapped him on the face and said mean things to him!!! Don’t ruin the funny, happy ending where everyone starts to finally get along after trying to kill each other!!! I just wish they had shown us the funny scene with chibi characters where the boyfriend beats up the rapist. Maybe a funny flashback with chibi characters where he rapes her and cages her while cartoon tears run down her cheeks. That would’ve made it even more wholesome. Let’s, of course, ignore the fact that Arrowhead tried to suffocate them to death a few chapters ago, and now they act like they’re buddies with him because they didn’t die. Of course, if external situations and other people’s interferences end up stopping you from committing a crime, it’s like it never happened and you can go back to being friends! I wish they all had died. I hope the author gets r@p3d with a heated iron rod that b٧rns his @$$hole.
