I'm confused. why was 72 out a month before this?

72 was released first 'Cause Hand of Time Translations has been doing translations (but not typesetting or scans or anything) on Facebook, but they'd skipped ch 72 so I decided to work on it. Then I got permission to use their translations the chapter releases, but I think I'll work on getting my own out from here on as I need the Japanese practice. Will take awhile though because I'm busy this month.
