@gouder I think that she & Maou were teleported to the church along with the heroes, & the sanctified enclosure was poisonous to her, being a heretic & all that.

From what I understand, the process of the heroes reviving causes a holy light to shine on them. Rather than Maou and Fatalite being transported, it was simply that light that was hurting Fatalite.
