Don't have permission to upload chapters

So I'm new to this website and tried to upload my first translated chapter for "The Dismissed Court Alchemist Builds a Large Farm in the Borderlands", i created a group, claimed it, but after trying to upload the chapter it says "you might not have permissions to upload" what does that mean? There's no official english translation and just overall i was trying my best to follow the rules of both the full rule page and the short version on the upload page, what exactly should i do? Thanks

Your account is entirely unrestricted, I have absolutely no idea how you'd get that message. Log out and log back in, then try again?
