Friend ruined MC's life just to be a greedy asshole. If he couldn't get a girlfriend being a handsome guy, there must be a reason.
The fact his wish was to get a cute girlfriend through MC, almost makes It feel as if any romance will possibly be some weird brainwashing because of the wish.
