The actual writer said of this doujinshi in the internet is Noba Satou. The original author is fujiko fujio (pen name for Hiroshi fujimoto and motoo abiko). When he was writing this series the reports say that Hiroshi died in 1996 with an incomplete series with no one to end it. Many artist came to complete this series but this one stands out the most.

Doraemon was my childhood and my first ever anime I watched. It was an amazing ride. My memories with this series is still there. Hope all of your childhood has been wonderful as well. Well then. I will take my leave.
