This story is REALLY bad. The art style and translation is subpar at best.

Nothing about this is good. 3 chapters by 2 (and a half) different scanlators and not one of them is without problems. The plot is weird Japanese slavery-fetishizing garbage (by which I don't mean fetishizing having slaves, but fetishizing the idea that people are happy being slaves), the art is a massive step down from what the cover promises and tops out at "generic webtoon", and what story is present is paper thin excuses to have a bunch of not-quite-porn and violence.
If you want sex just go read actual H manga. If you want plot find something better. Nothing here is worth it.

This is one of the funniest (pejorative) series I have seen in a long time.
Like none of the story beats seem to fit together. It starts out and he’s the most epic gladiator ever. Then without even addressing that, he’s instantly a slave and being sold off. Was he already a slave? Did he not have a plan to earn his freedom or was he just going to ride the status quo for the rest of his life?
Also, apparently all slaves enthusiastically participate in the system of slavery and do not mind their chains even in the slightest. You’re telling me that NONE of these girls have a problem with bearing a child into lifelong servitude? In fact, the only time that a slave is depicted as even being slightly hesitant is when the blond haired girl was being groped by the villain brother. Is this supposed to mean that only ugly people treat slaves poorly in this universe? Ignoring the inherent poor treatment of, I don’t know, OWNING SLAVES.
Actually, lets back up a bit. Story Beats. Though calling them that a bit really just stretches the definition. There isn’t really so much a story as there is a series of pogo stick jumps with the same characters throughout. Literally the first REAL chapter is basically a montage. Whoever wrote this manga vaguely understood that you’re supposed to mix your porn with plot, but what they did here is about the equivalent of serving pasta noodles topped with a polaroid of some assorted spices.
He has a montage of fighting other(?) settlements so that he can kidnap their women, then his noblewoman orders him to fuck them. Then all of a sudden he’s the best at magic. Now all of a sudden it’s NINE FUCKING MONTHS LATER. HUH. YOU’RE TELLING ME NOT ONE INTERESTING THING HAPPENED BETWEEN THEN AND NOW??
