It's really weird, isn't it, among asian country, somehow only japan who have weird obsession with slave. It's rare to find either manhwa or manhua with slavery element, but not japanese. Slavery to japanese manga is like NTR to adult manhwa.

I get what you mean, you are saying that people who live in certain places are fixated on certain concepts, like Koreans with ntr and Japanese with slavery, whatever they do with those is another story though.

I'm a little confused. If this slave tribe is what seems to be insanely powerful, how did they get to be slaves in the first place? Also if they are strong enough to be sought after as body guards for royals, and seem to be able to govern themselves why wouldn't this clan be respected among the normal people as powerful people?

@ArtemisKing I think it's more likely that thay are enslaved from birth. having a slave mark means you can't disobey your master so from the start they are not free to do major decisions for themselves and they grew to uphold this "tradition" of becoming a slave and be powerful. Its like horses, they are nurtured to be the fastest.
