Asian people???? The public toilet has been a place for having sex all over the world. In the USA, there was a scandal for a politician having sex in an public bathroom and countless TV shows have been using the the line "having sex in a bathroom stall" as it does reflect IRL. Sometimes hookups happen in dance club bathrooms too.

I feel we don't hear it often as talk of sex and sex positivity + safety has gone back to being hush hush. I wish it was open to talk about again for the dangers of infections and germs.
