It's more like a counter-charm has been permanently applied to her. Reflecting damage and multiplying it.

Landing on Tutte wouldn't have hurt her, so it had no effect.
Stubbing your toe definitely hurts, which is why the crate got attacked. Slipping and landing wrong on the ground would have hurt her (likely spraining her ankle) so the ground gives way if she lands wrong.
