sure i understand where you coming from but you gotta remember the earlier chapters of this story lol. Because of piece of shit doctors previously on the island a lot of people suffered.... nobody trusts the new doctor now I just hope it changes sooner and more people do as told by MC

I'm now starting to see the truth: The islanders say the previous doctors were all lousy and incompetent, but in reality they just couldn't deal with that island. Doctor Vomit just arrived but this is already the third case the tiny clinic is totally insufficient for. We can presume the previous doctors also needed to face this week after week, so how unreasonable is it for them to give up and move elsewhere?

Man she's kind of a idiot. Would it kill her to have a normal relationship? Usually people that young get seperated for awhile when it comes to work, no biggie. But she even kept it hidden. Why would you think you'd need a abortion? It's not like it's going to ruin your relationship with him...lol. Here I thought she got abandon or something
