I mean, it's his fan fict so he can do whatever he wants with transformation, justus and etc. This is the one of the few times we see a cold-blooded Goku and it visually looks amazing. Plus, more SSJ3 action. I respect your opinion though, God bless.

Still, it just feels off. As someone who grew up with DBZ, it feels insulting to see Goku act like a villain even if it's a fanfic.
