I like the subtle reactions both have towards each other, never being able to tell if the other means it genuinely.
I do think Lilly isn't the one behind the accident, but the fact he is tied to that other scumbag alien means he is probably still a shitty person for entirely different reasons.
It's kinda funny how they're both suspecting the worst of each other and needling for info, while neither being entirely on nor off the mark.

I feel this chapter was in the right direction, but it still feels a bit empty and aimless. I hope each chapter will continue to improve as I kinda like this manga for some reason

By "empty," I mean this feels like a low-budget movie with only two actors, making the world seem oddly vacant as they walk around. I get that sense while reading this. It’s as if only what they discuss in that moment exists. If we had seen posters of this singer in the background, or her playing on TV earlier in the story, the ticket reveal would have felt more natural.

To me this reads as the editor telling the author "hey you're everywhere man, you need to focus the story" so he came up with this singer that's popular with aliens between chapters.

I like where this is going, but as some people said it feels clunky and obvious. I still don't trust this author to pull a good twist and surprise us, but at least the wheels are starting to turn, which is more than what has been happening until now.

I feel like that is appropriate for thematic reasons. Both of our MCs clearly feel isolated, to the point where not only do they not see other people as characters, they barely see each other as characters.

They both live in their own little bubbles, with little to no awareness what happens outside. So of course, so do we until whatever it is suddenly barges into the story.

Even if he finds Lally☆ at the concert, killing him would 100% prove he's the Alien serial killer. Maybe thats the trap: Lilly gets rid of his brother and pins it on Kitami.
Good point. Even if the brother exists there is no way to know who did it. I think he will kill the brother and then find some old photo that proves the other did it and he was mislead.

I... I'm conflicted. I feel like if Lily is a genuine good alien, there'll be a lot more depth to the story. But him being friend with Huntaway is just... interesting on one hand, but undermine that depth on the other... :notlikethis:
