Kitami doesn't even want to do this, not really. The first time was on impulse, the second time he got egged into it by what looks like his only friend. Nomamoto is probably a terrible person to have as your only friend.

I... read in the finale of Flame of Recca, where the Last Boss, Tendoh Jigoku, planned to make a hell on earth by killing humans, letting few of them alive so they can procreate, and then, killing them again. For fun.

I dunno about her diet, but if it's someday taking to the point that she can't alive without consuming aliens, welp... This is the only image I could think of her.

The aliens are clearly the technological superior beings. That‘s not the case with muslims in Europe or mexicans in the US, who are at the bottom of society in every sense.

Nah, read the chapter again. He acts surprised when she talks about killing more ("Next time?"), and tries to dissuade her initially by telling her how her idea doesn't make sense. Even last chapter, he said it's "probably just a pipe dream", indicating he didn't truly mean it. It's only after Nomamoto makes it clear she really wants to do it that he relents. She's the driving force here.

Based off of that, at best, you could claim Kitami feels ambigious about it, but coupled with how he's already thinking of a time when they don't do that... and in clear contrast to Nomamoto, who outright says she wants to do this forever - it's hard to imagine he is that much into it, and it looks more like he's just going along with it.
Adding to that, if Kitami told the truth, he killed his first alien out of affect, not in cold blood. In this chapter it was completely premediated though, which had to be driven by Nomamoto.

Honestly, to me it just looks like Kitami suffers from PTSD and was lashing out with his first murder, while Nomamoto is probably some kind of sociopath.
